Cancellation Policy

1. Our Promise

Canceling your NEURAL GENESIS subscription is as easy as signing up for it. You can cancel any time with a single click from inside the app. You do not need to call us, you do not need to email us, you do not need to talk to a retention agent, and you do not need to give us a reason. There is no cancellation fee and there are no hoops to jump through.

This policy explains exactly how cancellation works so there are no surprises.

2. How to Cancel

There is one primary way to cancel, plus a backup option if you prefer email:

• One click in the customer portal (recommended). Open your account or settings area in the app and select “Manage subscription.” This opens the secure customer portal where a single click cancels your subscription. Payments and the customer portal are operated by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, so your billing details are managed in one trusted place.
• By email. If you would rather not use the portal, email us at [email protected] from the address on your account and we will cancel for you.

Both methods have the same effect. The one-click portal is the fastest, and it is available to you online at any time, without contacting support.

3. Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Log in to your account at whitebeltstudio.com.
2. Open the account or settings area in the app.
3. Select “Manage subscription” to open the Lemon Squeezy customer portal.
4. Click “Cancel subscription.”
5. Confirm. That is it. You will see and receive confirmation that your subscription will not renew.

4. When Cancellation Takes Effect

When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep full paid access until that date. We do not cut off access the moment you cancel, because you have already paid for the rest of the period.

• You keep paid access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• You will not be billed again after you cancel.
• There is no cancellation fee.
• You do not need to contact support or justify your decision.

5. Free Trial

The 7-day trial requires no card and never charges you. Because nothing is ever billed during the trial, there is nothing to cancel during the trial period.

If you do nothing when the trial ends, your account simply auto-downgrades to the free daily allowance. You will not be charged, and you do not need to take any action to avoid a charge.

6. After You Cancel

After your subscription ends, your account remains and your data is retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Canceling a subscription stops future billing. It does not, by itself, delete your account or erase your data, so you can return later without starting over.

7. Deleting Your Account and Data

If you also want your account and personal data deleted, you can do that separately at any time using the account-deletion flow in your account settings. For details on your data rights, including access, correction, and deletion, see the Your Rights and Choices section of our Privacy Policy.

8. Refunds

This policy covers how to cancel and stop future billing. Whether a past payment is eligible for a refund is described separately in our Refund Policy. Canceling does not require you to request a refund, and requesting a refund is not required in order to cancel.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this document and, where required by law, by providing additional notice. We will never make cancellation harder than signing up.
