Refund Policy
1. Overview
White Belt Lab, LLC (“White Belt Lab,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides NEURAL GENESIS, an AI research studio and assistant. This Refund Policy explains when paid subscriptions to NEURAL GENESIS can be refunded, how refunds are processed, and the rights that may apply to you under consumer law.
We aim to be clear and fair. There are no hidden fees, no surprise charges, and no obstacles placed in the way of a request you are entitled to make. If anything here is unclear, please reach out before you purchase, and we will do our best to help.
2. Who Processes Your Payment
Payments for NEURAL GENESIS are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider and Merchant of Record (the seller of record). When you purchase a subscription, Lemon Squeezy handles the checkout, card processing, invoicing, and applicable taxes on our behalf.
Card processing is performed at PCI-DSS Level 1, the highest level of payment security compliance. We never see or store your card number. Because Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record, refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy, and a charge on your statement may appear under their name.
3. Plans, Pricing, and the Free Trial
NEURAL GENESIS offers a Pro plan with the following pricing:
- Pro, monthly. $8.99 per month.
- Pro, annual. About $89.90 per year, which works out to roughly two months free compared with paying monthly.
3.1 The 7-day free trial
New accounts begin with a 7-day full-power free trial. No card is required to sign up, and you are not charged during the trial. When the trial ends, your account automatically downgrades to a free daily allowance. You are never billed automatically at the end of a trial.
A card is collected only if and when you choose to upgrade to a paid plan. Because no charge occurs during the free trial, there is nothing to refund for trial usage.
4. Our Refund Terms
The following terms apply to paid Pro subscriptions:
4.1 7-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first paid charge. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of that first charge and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason.
4.2 After the first 7 days
After the 7-day window on your first charge, subscription payments, including monthly renewals and annual renewals, are non-refundable except where a refund is required by law. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges, and you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for. For details on stopping renewals, see our Cancellation Policy.
4.3 Nothing to refund during the trial
As noted above, the free trial does not involve a charge, so there is nothing to refund for the trial period itself.
5. EU and UK Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal (a “cooling-off” period) for purchases of digital services, typically 14 days from the date of purchase. This right exists independently of, and in addition to, the money-back guarantee described above.
NEURAL GENESIS provides digital content and services that are made available to you immediately. By starting paid access right away, you request that performance begin during the withdrawal period, and you acknowledge that you consent to performance beginning before the withdrawal period ends. Where the law provides for it, your statutory right of withdrawal may be lost, or a deduction may apply, once performance has begun with your consent. Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer law.
6. How to Request a Refund
You can request a refund in either of these ways:

- Open the in-app “Manage subscription” portal, which is provided through Lemon Squeezy.
To help us process your request quickly, please include the email address associated with your account and, if you have it, the order or invoice reference from Lemon Squeezy.
7. How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method. The time it takes for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer and is outside our control. We do not charge any fee to process a refund.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this document and, where required by law, provide additional notice. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
